Cryogenics safety

Any experiment using cryogens (i.e. LN2, LAr, LHe) shall contact the EP Safety Office (ep-safety-office@cern.ch) well in advance (at least 1 month), in order to make sure that applicable safety measures and operational procedures are ready and validated.

This is valid also if the set-up was already present at CERN.

The EP Safety Office can lend portable ODH monitors to the experiments, if required by the correspondent risk assessment.
